Friday night

I should be at TenO2 Bar having my eardrums pummeled by Intolerant and my liver tortured by Colt 45 while wickedly rejoicing over the fact that this CD collector here will be going home with a signed copy of Arch Enemy’s latest album, Khaos Legions, which will be sold exclusively at the venue for P450 with free beer and entrance.

But instead I’m at home blogging, sipping jasmine tea, and chilling out to Owen’s At Home With Owen for some indie rock-inspired quiet time. After this I’m gonna hit the sack and read the October 2010 issue of Rolling Stone (Keith Richards cover) until sleep takes me. Yeah. Suddenly I just wanted my Friday night to be this way.

Man, I’m getting old.
